Our Client is a one of the world leaders in the production and supply of magnetic steel rotor and stator lamination for the electric motor and generator industries.
Main Responsibilities (主要职责):
- Manage and direct the daily operation to achieve the high efficiency and good profit ;

- Expanding the markets and exploring new business opportunities ;
市场扩张及新市场开发
- Lead, train and manage the employees to keep the company's culture ;
领导，培训管理员工以保持公司文化
- Report to headquarter in France.
向法国总部汇报工作
Requirements（要求）:
- Experience in managing production plant or sales experience in china, ideally in electric motor industry ;
生产厂管理经验或电机行业销售经验
- Engineer or technical background ;
工程师或技术专业学历
- Good ability of organization, cooperation and leading ;
优秀的组织，配合及领导能力
- Good ability to cooperate and negotiate with European, North-American and Chinese clients ;
与欧洲、北美及中国客户合作与沟通的良好能力
- Between 35 and 45 years old ;
年龄在35岁至45岁之间
- Good command in English.

Location:
Shanghai and Zhejiang.
