Our way of working
We offer you a structured process for a step by step approach of the Chinese market.
Whatever the type of mission we act for (Discovery missions, tailor made missions, or collective missions), our working process is always the same:
1. First of all, we take all the time necessary to understand in depth the company and/or institute's project. We check whether it is achievable in China or not.
Indeed, China is a country of opportunities, but it is a very competitive market which can become risky for little-experienced or badly informed companies. Our experience in international business, and especially our expertise of the Chinese market allow us to tell you very quickly if your project is feasible or not, and free of risks for your business.
2. If your project is feasible, our local team starts preliminary investigations, with the single purpose of drawing perfectly all the borders of the market, identifying its main actors.
3. Basing us on this research, we organize a validation mission (5 working days minimum) with the company (or institute) Managers, in order to meet the best contacts.
For each mission, our team accompanies and advises our customers at each step of their negotiations.
4. Coming back from the mission, we make a report of the actions we have led in order to optimize the Chinese Market approach. Then, we offer you a personalized follow-up depending on your needs and the experience you have at this moment.
