Collective missions

Services we generally deliver for a collective mission :

- Plants grouped visits organization;

- General register building, with photographs of each of the participants;

- Supply of a guide with all the necessary information : general information about China, information regarding the cities you visit during the mission, time schedule of the meetings;

- Organization of a “kick-off meeting”, prior to the mission;

- We make business cards in Chinese for each of the participants;

- We make a presentation sheet in Chinese for each company in order to facilitate communication with the Chinese companies they meet;

- Organization of the meetings in China;

- Logistic organization of the mission (local flights booking, hotels booking, dinners, lunch or sampling organization, venues and rooms booking)

- ENERGIE 7 provides the support of its Managers (with a French manager) throughout the mission;

- Supply of interpreters and drivers;

- Debriefing meetings;

- We make a final mission report.

Collective Mission in China

From November 20th to 28th 2009, ENERGIE 7 International, supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Trade, will organize a collective prospection mission in China for companies belonging to the food and consumer goods industries.
